About the Role: We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of marketing, sales, and content creation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for everything from developing creative ideas to executing marketing campaigns, engaging with schools, and driving leads. If you’re a go-getter who loves creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and even video commercials, this role is for you!
Unlocking Language provides independent speech and language therapy services to children including adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop and manage marketing materials, including social media posts, videos, newsletters, and commercials.
* Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from schools, local authorities, and educational institutions.
* Sales Support: Play a pivotal role in teeing up leads, nurturing prospects, and using Go High Level to track and manage sales funnels.
* Social Media & Video: Create regular content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Stay on top of trends and make sure we’re consistently engaging with our target audience.
* Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing marketing events aimed at driving brand awareness and new inquiries.
* Email Campaigns: Develop and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters to keep prospects and clients engaged.
* Creative Strategy: Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table that aren’t bound by traditional marketing thinking.
What We’re Looking For:

* Creative Mindset: You’ll need to bring fresh ideas and creative content to help drive engagement and results.
* Sales-Driven: A basic understanding of sales processes is essential. You'll be working on converting leads, supporting sales efforts, and engaging directly with schools and local authorities.
* Self-Starter: Take ownership of the role and run with it—there’s plenty of room for you to make this your own.
* Hands-On Social Media & Video Creation: Experience creating engaging posts, reels, lives, and videos, with a strong understanding of what works on each platform.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Go High Level (or similar CRM tools), email marketing campaigns, and sales funnels.
* A Love for the Education Sector: You’ll be working primarily with schools and educational institutions, so an interest in the sector is key.
