We are currently working with a SEND School in the Loughborough area that is in need of SEND teaching assistants to join them as soon as possible.
We can offer day-to-day work, long-term, and even permanent roles at this school, with both part-time and full-time options available.
This is a great school that provides education and support to children aged 4-19 with severe special educational needs. They are looking for proactive, flexible, and experienced teaching assistants to join their team.
Requirements for this role include:
* Previous experience working with children with SEND
* Comfort with providing personal care
* A clean child/child & adult enhanced DBS (we can assist with applying if needed)
* Availability to work from 8:45am to 3:45pm
* A growth mindset
* High levels of patience and understanding of children's needs
The school has a swimming pool, and support may be required in the water (waist-high) to assist students.
All our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring proper Tax and National Insurance contributions, with no admin charges deducted from your pay.
