The Payroll Delivery Coordinator will support the payroll function within ISS UK, providing essential system administration and day-to-day operational support for the central team.
As Payroll Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll processes run smoothly and accurately, helping to maintain high standards of service across the business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring high-quality employee experience by accurately processing new starters, leavers, job changes, and personal details in the payroll system.
2. Supporting the Central Payroll team with the mobilisation of new TUPE contracts.
3. Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming post efficiently.
4. Handling calls and emails to the central team promptly and professionally.
5. Assisting the business in meeting compliance requirements, including gathering data for internal and external audits.
6. Maintaining strict adherence to GDPR principles in all work processes.
