Salary up to £28,000 p.a. dependent upon experience and skill set + bonus scheme!

Working a rotating weekly shift Monday to Friday

0600hrs to 1400hrs/1100hrs to 1900hrs

Alternative Saturday 0700hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime

Volvo Trucks Ely is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice and face of our service operations.

As a CSR, you’ll be at the heart of our service team, acting as the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure exceptional service by managing bookings, updating customers on progress, coordinating with the workshop team, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.


What we are looking for

* Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role (automotive or transport industry a plus)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and service management systems
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email
* Schedule maintenance and repair appointments
* Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure timely updates and resolutions
* Process job cards, invoices, and warranty claims
* Maintain accurate records and support front-office admin tasks

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the interface between the Customer and the Dealerpoint. You will ensure consistently high levels of customer service are provided and will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and the overall success of the Dealerpoint. As the single point of contact for the customer, you will provide relevant, accurate, and timely information, ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times.
