Acting as the voice of the IT Director when required, you’ll work closely with Team Leads to coordinate activity, track progress, and ensure teams are focused, effective, and delivering against agreed priorities. You’ll be central to the successful delivery of projects, tasks, and software releases — facilitating clear communication between IT teams and the wider business, and ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met.
