About the Role:
As Commercial Business Manager, youll be central to driving financial performance across the business. Working closely with depot management, the University of Hertfordshires finance team, and key stakeholders youll use data to inform strategy, monitor costs, and guide fare and revenue planning across our network.
Key responsibilities include:
* Producing regular management accounts and KPI reports
* Supporting depot managers through financial insights and analysis
* Collaborating with University finance colleagues
* Analysing costs and developing commercial strategies
* Shaping fare structures and revenue models to support growth
