Responsibilities:
* As the IT Manager, you will take ownership and enhance our IT environment to meet current and future business needs. You will maintain and develop our IT systems infrastructure to support business objectives, improve data handling capabilities (CRM, ERP, etc.) for optimal efficiency, and manage relationships with multiple external IT software providers. Collaborating with departmental managers will be key as you understand their requirements and deliver solutions. You will oversee system integration where practical, deliver effective reporting tools from multiple systems, and plan and implement key IT projects, providing regular progress updates. Ensuring the successful rollout of new systems and training for staff, as well as developing disaster recovery plans and maintaining data backups, will also be part of your role. Youll have key involvement in ensuring cyber security across the business.
