Summary
* Medicines Supply: Dispense and issue medicines to patients, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols. Provide guidance on medication usage and manage payment transactions. Liaise with procurement to address supply issues.
* Dispensing Specialist: Handle clinical trial and specialist hospital-only medicines, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to SOPs. Dispense oral chemotherapy medicines with necessary precautions.
* Medicines Management: Facilitate effective communication between pharmacy and ward staff for efficient medicines management. Assist in medication history assessment, patient education, and seamless transition of care upon discharge.
