Surgery is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the quality of patient care and the smooth running of our medical practice.
As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the practice.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the surgery to ensure excellent patient service
* Lead and manage administrative and clinical staff effectively
* Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
* Manage budgets, resources, and practice performance metrics
* Streamline processes and optimize patient care delivery
* Handle medical billing, coding, and reporting functions

* Proven experience in healthcare management or practice administration
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of medical billing and coding practices
* Strategic thinker with strong data analysis capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
