You’ll be at the heart of the team, supporting global operations through meticulous planning, coordination and communication. Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Managing crew changes end-to-end, ensuring travel, documentation and readiness are fully aligned.
* Acting as the key contact for all personnel logistics matters for your assigned installations.
* Liaising daily with Rig Management, Department Heads, and third-party providers.
* Ensuring compliance with joining instructions, certifications, and medical requirements.
* Maintaining HR systems and providing accurate reports to payroll and management.
* Supporting on-call duties, including emergency medical repatriations.
Applicants to this role require:
* Experience in personnel logistics within the energy, marine or offshore sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid organisational skills.
* A calm, proactive communicator with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
