Job Overview
We are seeking a Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in the Packing Hall on a double‑day working pattern. The role contributes to the efficient running of the tea manufacturing process, meeting production plans, safety procedures, and quality controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate world‑class machinery safely and continuously, identifying opportunities to improve safety and performance.
* Work within a team to drive operational performance and deliver quality products that meet brand standards.
* Apply training knowledge to resolve issues and involve the right people when needed.
* Accurately complete daily reports (stoppage, end‑of‑run, quality checks) and analyse data for efficiency.
* Support co‑workers’ training and development to strengthen the team.
* Be an active, flexible team member, delivering on targets and adapting to business needs.
* Adhere to company policies, health & safety, and exceed quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Ability to work a rotating double‑day shift pattern.
* Forklift driving certificate (essential).
* Experience in a warehouse environment.
* Self‑management under minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
* Strong problem‑solving skills.
* Reliability, motivation and good organisational skills.
