Role Overview: You will support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Speech & Language needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and dedicated to helping students engage, progress, and thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with SEN Assist teachers with delivering personalised learning plans Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Support behaviour management strategies Provide personal care support when required Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN (school or personal experience) A compassionate and positive attitude Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to long-term work Why work with Protocol Education?
