Job Description:
We are looking for:
The position we are seeking to fill is a Sales Order Process Coordinator to support contracts order processing, revenue records and forecasting, invoice tracking on project milestones, calculating budget splits, and other contracts order administration duties. This is a team role with interaction across departments such as Business Development, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements:
* Over 3 years’ experience in a relevant contracts role within Sales / Finance with admin and finance skills.
* Experience with ERP systems such as Access, Sage.
* Strong knowledge of basic financial principles.
* Proven ability to manage financial records related to client contracts.
* Numerical skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
* Well-organized with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Focused on execution with attention to detail.
* Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Maintain sales order and revenue records, from project setup to fulfillment, in compliance with contracts and policies.
* Review contracts for completeness and accuracy.
* Set up projects in Access Focal Point, including revenue recognition and invoicing profiles.
* Raise purchase requests and trigger invoice requests timely.
* Collaborate with Business Unit Directors and Project Managers on revenue and invoicing activities.
* Provide project reporting and analysis.
* Set up and update tracking spreadsheets for complex projects.
* Work with the Management Accountant to ensure accurate revenue recording.
* Evaluate and improve processes to support business growth.
* Operate Focal Point and Access Dimensions systems (training provided).
