Tesco Property Maintenance are looking to recruit a: Maintenance Technician – Refrigeration Leak Detection Auditor You will be required to carry out quality intrusive leak detection, to both Tesco Property Maintenance and contractor serviced stores with regard to refrigeration installed equipment, including diagnosing causes of gas leakage & pre-empting future emissions. Identify trends and possible concerns with store refrigeration systems, providing detailed reports as required. Should you be successful in your application, your offer will be subject to and conditional upon you providing your bank account details before your agreed start date. The review of refrigeration plant, cold rooms, and other cold chain equipment with regard to leak detection, in association with making sure all are operational and maintained to a high standard. Completing a detailed report and revisiting site to ensure all issues identified are completed in line with the audit findings. Support and update of information regarding the estate Refrigeration Asset Database. Providing regular updates on reports/status to key stakeholders. Delivering non-negotiable standards across Tesco estate, in compliance with F Gas regulations. Use of Verisae (In use CAFM system). Proactively managing site attendance in conjunction with Tableau (online system database) and carry out attendance in accordance with all Health and Safety requirements whilst adhering to site safety working practices at all times. LI-JS1 Must have minimum C&G Category 4 2079-14 qualification, to have the ability to carry out Leak Checks across the refrigeration assets within the Tesco Estate. Experience in a customer focused environment. Great teamwork & communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
