A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Paint Sprayer and Bodyshop Prepper to join a reputable insurance-approved bodyshop in Paignton.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer/Prepper will include:
9. Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
10. Ensure bodies are properly prepped, including dent repairs and surface flattening
11. Mix and match paints accurately to achieve perfect colour matches
12. Apply base coats, clear coats, and finishes using spray equipment
13. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
14. Adhere to health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
15. Inspect vehicles to ensure all repairs and painting meet quality standards
Requirements that the Paint Sprayer/Prepper will need:
16. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer and Bodyshop Prepper within a bodyshop environment
17. Knowledge of insurance repair procedures and industry standards
18. Ability to produce high-quality, durable finishes
19. Strong attention to detail and reliability
20. Ability to work efficiently within a team while managing individual tasks effectively
