Overview
NHS Grampian is looking for a Project Manager to support delivery of national, regional and local projects aimed at improving efficiency of planned care pathways. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on staff experience and patient care.
The post holder will manage a range of projects across primary, secondary and tertiary care, collaborating with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and address delivery challenges. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
This is a high-profile role that requires passionate, motivated and value-driven individuals who can lead, develop and implement projects delivering measurable improvements in planned care across Grampian.
Responsibilities
* Manage a range of projects across services to improve pathways of care across primary, secondary and tertiary care.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience in project management with the ability to work across different care settings (primary, secondary and tertiary).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Comfortable working in collaboration with clinical leadership and operational management.
