What the job involves In this role, you will work in partnership with children and families to meet their social, emotional, and environmental needs. Your primary focus will be on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children in Worcestershire, conducting comprehensive assessments, making critical safeguarding decisions, and ensuring that effective care plans are in place. You will collaborate with multi-agency networks, attend various meetings and court proceedings, and participate in audits and quality assurance activities. Your responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, continuous professional development, and adhering to statutory requirements and county council policies.
