Early Years Practitioner – Baby Room Specialist

Are you a warm, caring, and experienced Early Years Practitioner with a passion for working with babies? We’re looking for a dedicated baby room practitioner to join a nurturing, community-focused nursery in the heart of Easton.
Set in a beautiful timber-framed building with a cosy, homely feel and free-flow access to a garden, the nursery offers babies a calm, engaging, and nature-connected start to life.
About the Role:
You’ll be working full-time (40 hours/week) in the baby room, providing loving care, responsive routines, and stimulating early learning experiences for our youngest children.
What You’ll Need:
* A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NNEB, NVQ Level 3+, BTEC in Childcare)
* Or a higher qualification such as QTS, Foundation Degree, or BA Hons in Early Years Education or Child Development
* A deep passion for early attachment, sensory exploration, and nurturing baby development
* A kind, calm, and patient approach – and a genuine love of working with babies!
