We are seeking a skilled and organised Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at our Swindon office. This key role ensures the smooth functioning of office systems, supports interdepartmental coordination, and fosters a professional work environment.


Your new role

1. Supervise and coordinate all daily office operations to ensure efficiency andpliance withpany protocols
2. Maintain administrative systems including documentation, correspondence, and record management
3. Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and liaise with external vendors and service providers
4. Oversee scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, external appointments, and corporate events
5. Provide basic IT and facilities support, working alongside relevant contractors or service professionals
6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding procedures and maintenance of personnel records
7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and externalmunications, ensuring professional representation of the organisation


What you'll need to succeed

8. Demonstrable experience in office administration or managerial roles
9. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
10. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, both written and verbal
11. Proficiency in standard office software packages, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
12. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with a proactive work ethic
13. Familiarity with UK employment law and health & safety regulations is advantageous
