Head of Pricing

Hybrid | Senior Leadership Role | Competitive Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pricing and monetisation leader to join a growing technology business undergoing significant commercial and platform transformation.

This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and evolving pricing strategy across a broad portfolio of software, platform and service offerings. Working closely with Product, Finance, Sales and Executive leadership, you will play a key role in driving scalable recurring revenue growth, improving commercial governance and supporting long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead pricing and monetisation strategy across multiple revenue streams

• Develop scalable pricing frameworks, packaging models and commercial structures aligned to customer value and business objectives

• Support the transition towards modern recurring revenue and SaaS-aligned commercial models

• Build governance processes that improve pricing consistency, commercial visibility and margin performance

• Partner closely with Product, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure pricing strategy supports growth and customer retention objectives

• Analyse pricing performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify optimisation opportunities

• Deliver pricing insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

• Drive improvements in pricing operations, commercial discipline and exception management

Experience Required

• Proven experience in pricing, monetisation, commercial strategy or revenue optimisation within a SaaS, technology or consulting environment

• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing governance and value-based pricing principles

• Experience developing pricing frameworks, packaging approaches and commercial policies

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial modelling capability

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior business functions

• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and delivery focused

Desirable

• Experience within complex B2B technology environments

• Exposure to platform transformation, migration programmes or commercial change initiatives

• Background in regulated or data-led industries would be advantageous
