Mental Health and Wellbeing College Facilitator Location: Hybrid (travel to Everyturn offices as required) Hours: Between 18.75 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible) Contract: Permanent DBS Required This post is restricted to female applicants only. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing College empowers people on their recovery journeys through learning, connection, and community. We’re looking for a female College Facilitator to help deliver and develop engaging courses and activities, both online and face to face. You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals and communities to build on their strengths, develop healthy lifestyles, and take positive steps in their recovery. What you'll do: Facilitate peer-led and group learning sessions, online and in person Support new students with enrolment and risk assessments Work with the College Co-ordinator to co-create new courses and resources Provide tailored support to help people access services and community activities Collect and collate data to demonstrate the impact of the college Carry out admin duties linked to session delivery and reporting What we're looking for: Experience providing 1:1 and group peer support within a mental health setting Understanding of recovery-focused approaches and community assets Strong communication, relationship-building, and IT skills (Office 365) Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to Everyturn’s values of compassion and respect for all Willingness to travel and engage in continuous professional development What we offer in return We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
