You’ll play a key role in transforming the dental portfolio to achieve growth and customer experience ambitions. You will help ensure the P&L of the dental portfolio delivers value for customers and the business.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Support the Senior Product Manager in transforming the dental portfolio.
* Be commercially savvy, help ensure the P&L of the dental portfolio delivers value for customers and the business aligned with AOP targets.
* Provide expertise on product, market, and competitor performance within the product portfolios.
* Responsible for the dental product, understanding its fit within our wider portfolio, and acting as the subject matter expert.
* Understand the external marketplace, legislation, economic climate, competition, and customer needs.
* Manage product governance activities, including monthly monitoring and annual reviews.
* Educate and update front-line teams and maintain contact for feedback to shape and improve the product and customer experience.
* Measure and monitor performance, implementing remedial actions as needed.
* Deliver product and process changes across the customer journey.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience managing financial services products in large organizations, with a self-starter attitude.
* Qualifications or experience in marketing mix, especially product and service design, B2B and B2C.
* Customer-focused, commercially savvy, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic mindset, results-driven.
* Innovative problem-solving approaches.
* Quick understanding of the product, market, and competitors.
* Experience influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
* Ability to initiate change and drive business readiness plans.
