Overview
A well-established and growing technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its service team. This role offers a blend of remote and on-site support, providing technical assistance to a diverse client base across a range of sectors.

Site visits are an essential part of this role, so a driving licence is a must!
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for technical support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues across hardware, software, and networking.
* Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and various cloud-based environments.
* Configure and maintain print systems.
* Manage user accounts, perform password resets, and carry out Active Directory administration.
* Assist with installations, device setups, and software deployments.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
* Accurately document support requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
* Willingness to pursue Certifications and professional training.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support environment, or a demonstrably strong technical background (such as an IT Degree).
* Great communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
* Working knowledge of:
* Microsoft Windows 10/11
* Microsoft 365
* Google Workspace
* Remote desktop access tools and helpdesk software
