If you’re the kind of person who sees patterns in data and opportunity in complexity, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who wants more than routine reporting ,someone ready to influence decisions and improve how things actually work.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of a fast-moving supply chain, turning insight into action across demand planning, inventory, logistics, and operations. You’ll work cross-functionally, challenge the status quo, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data, Insight & Performance
*
Create and maintain end-to-end supply chain reporting that supports better decisions
*
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
*
Support Sales & Operations Planning through forecasting and scenario analysis
*
Identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and help implement solutions
Demand & Inventory Planning
*
Maintain demand plans across multiple channels and product categories
*
Analyse trends, seasonality, and promotional activity to improve forecast accuracy
*
Optimise inventory to reduce waste, shortages, and excess stock
*
Manage phase-in/phase-out planning to protect availability and minimise obsolescence
Continuous Improvement
*
Support and deliver improvement projects across systems and processes
*
Identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across the supply chain
*
Balance service, cost, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
*
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
*
Experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, or analytical roles
*
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with planning or ERP systems
*
Background in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods environments
*
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
