Your New Job
We are recruiting for a qualified and passionate Maths Teacher to join the school on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, many of whom have additional learning needs. Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons tailored to individual learning styles.
2. Monitoring and assessing student progress to ensure positive outcomes.
3. Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
4. Contributing to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
* A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and supporting students with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
