Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Booking Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Oversee day-to-day scheduling and staffing operations to ensure timely and accurate placement of healthcare workers.
* Monitor team performance, set objectives, and ensure bookings targets and SLAs are achieved.
* Support demand forecasting and optimise staff allocation across all branches.
* Implement efficient workflows and digital tools to streamline the bookings process.
* Develop strategies to improve fill rates, reduce unfulfilled shifts, and maximise worker availability.
* Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, safeguarding guidelines, and regulatory standards.
* Provide regular performance reports to the Operations Director.
* Champion Hamilton Cross’s culture, values, and best practices within the central staffing function.
