Due to increased customer demand and expanded production schedules, were now recruiting Low Risk Operatives to join our growing factory team. These are full-time, permanent roles, working 45 hours per week, with a premium rate paid on hours worked over 46. What youll be doing Preparing and peeling vegetables for production Operating machinery Weighing and quality checking product lines Meeting wastage targets Basic clean down of machinery Following Health and Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Working hours Youll work 5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday, as part of a 45-hour working week. Shift times vary with production demands, but a typical day looks like 5:00am 3:00pm.
