We are currently inviting applications for enthusiastic and self-motivated Kitchen Porters to join our team.
We have both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible working hours. Due to the nature of the business will involve some weekend and evening working.
Responsibilities
* Supporting our team of chefs, you’ll ensure all cleaning routines are completed efficiently and professionally throughout our kitchen.
* Making sure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are clean and pristine before reaching our Members and guests, with outstanding attention to detail.
* Clean food preparation areas, equipment and keeping the Kitchen Porter area organised.
* Keeping work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised.
* To be aware of emergency, safety and first aid procedures and to report all accidents to the duty manager.
Qualifications
* Ideally having a sound knowledge of hospitality industry kitchens.
* Excellent time keeping skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible approach, with ability for evening and weekend work, as necessary.
* Must be able to follow supervisory instructions and communicate well.
