What We're Looking For ·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment. ·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems. ·A proven ability to upsell products or services. ·A full, valid UK manual driving licence (subject to driver checks). ·A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent service.
