Role Summary As an HLTA, you'll work in partnership with class teachers and senior leaders to: Lead whole-class learning during PPA, teacher absence, or leadership release timeDeliver targeted small-group interventions and individual supportMaintain continuity of teaching, preparing and adapting lessons and learning materialsContribute to pupil self-esteem, independence, inclusion, and behaviour management Key Responsibilities Plan, teach, and evaluate whole-class or small-group sessionsSupport with assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progressWork with pupils with SEND; deliver IEP, EHCP and targeted interventionsPromote positive learning environments and pupil independenceProvide feedback to class teachers and adapt future learning materialsContribute to safeguarding, liaising across staff teams and parents ?
