We have Recovery Assistant positions available, based in our Nuneaton Warehouse. Responsible for processing all 1 and 2 man returns.
The Job
* Check records within Loaf system
* Unpack and inspect customer returned products
* Assessment of item to disposal route
* Remove minor marks from sofa’s
* Log and photograph products
* Repack items to as new standard for return to stock
* Provide support to QC Team as required
* Unload return trailers
We're looking for
* Excellent attention to detail
* Physically fit (heavy lifting within role)
* Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work independently
* Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment
* A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
* The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
* Confidence and common sense
* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Desirable)
* Reach Truck License (Desirable)
