We are seeking a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team.(Monday,Tuesday,Thursday from 5-9/10pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
* Customer service: Welcome customers, take orders via phone.
* Food preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish cooking simple food items according to food safety standards.
* Order fulfillment: Serve food and drinks, pack orders for takeaway, and ensure customers have everything they need.
* Point of sale: Operate a till and process payments (cash, card) accurately.
* Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the serving and eating areas clean, tidy, and restocked, which can include clearing tables and washing dishes.
English language required.
Experience in similar role desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
