What You’ll Bring (Person Specification)
* Professional Status: You hold (or are actively working towards) MCIPS or an equivalent professional qualification.
* Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in procuring goods/services and contract management within a complex environment.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Government Frameworks and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) guidelines.
* Technical Skill: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in presenting commercial training content.
* Mindset: A strong customer focus, the ability to make robust decisions under pressure, and a proactive "ownership" approach to problem-solving.
