Their Building Surveying team is particularly well-regarded, helping clients maximise property value and minimise liabilities across a wide spectrum of public and private sector projects.
Your new role
As a Senior Building Surveyor based in the Edinburgh office, you’ll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, including building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, planned maintenance, contract administration, and technical due diligence.You will manage your own workload, support project delivery from inception topletion, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the Edinburgh team. You may also mentor more junior surveyors and APC candidates as part of the organisation’s strong professional development culture.
What you'll need to succeed
1. MRICS qualification (essential).
2. Strong experience in professional Building Surveying acrossmercial and/or public sector environments.
3. Excellentmunication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality advice.
4. A proactive,mercially minded approach to managing projects and deadlines.
5. Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider professional team.
