Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for gaming or technology? If so, the skills you’ve gained are perfect for a Customer Service Technical role. We’re currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors, offering a salary of up to £24,064 per annum, where you can put your technical know-how to work helping customers.

Customer Service Advisor benefits:

Customer Service Advisor role:

Why not use your skills to make a difference and join our Solutions Team in Sheffield you'll be talking over the phone to customers with all sorts of broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you'll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.
