We are a trusted recruitment agency seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join one of our valued clients in a fast-paced production environment. Whether you're looking for a packing role or ready to step up into a lead position, we have shifts to suit a variety of lifestyles.
Location: North Scarle
Own transport is essential, and a forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one is required.
Packing/Warehouse Operative
* Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
* Role Overview: Working as part of a fast-paced production team, you will handle and pack products efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Process Operative (Mill/Extruder)
* Current Shift: Monday to Friday (standard 5-day working pattern)
* Future Shift: Moving to 24/7 rotation (with a 4-week notice period before the change)
* Role Overview: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient running with minimal downtime.
What We're Looking For:
* Reliability and good timekeeping
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team
* Flexibility to adapt to shift changes where applicable
* Experience in food production or similar environments is an advantage but not essential
