Sales Advisor – Slough – Plumb Centre
Salary: £25,652 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
* Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
* Book stock in and put it away in the designated location.
* Proactively contact customers to build relationships and drive branch growth, especially focusing on those with reduced or inactive spending.
This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is required 1 in 3 Saturdays, paid as overtime (8am‑12pm).
Qualifications & Skills
* Prior customer service or sales experience.
* Willingness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Confidence in engaging with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
* A proactive approach to sales – promoting products, quoting accurately, and building customer relationships over the phone.
* Driving licence desirable to cover drivers annual leave.
