Contract duration: 12 months contract
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly meticulous and versatile Technical Production Designer to join the International Content Design team. This unique role combines exceptional design execution with a technical focus.

Key Responsibilities
• Adapt high-quality key art for international TV storefronts using internal templates and design systems.
• Support the optimisation of design workflows through tool testing, process refinement, and quality assurance.
• Create, maintain, and adapt clear documentation, including style guides, workflows, and technical overviews.
• Conduct thorough QA, testing, bug tracking of design tools and templates.
• Provide external agencies with clear guidance to ensure on-brand creative delivery across multiple deliverables.
Essential Skills
• Experience as a Production Designer (or equivalent), with a portfolio showcasing detail-oriented design work across digital and print media.
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid grasp of visual communication, typography, and layout.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop (including a high level of retouching).
• Meticulousness in file preparation, asset management, adherence to technical specifications, and quality control.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining documentation for design processes, style guides, and technical overviews.
• A proactive approach to QA and testing of design assets, templates, and production tools, with strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
• Experience developing automation scripts or custom tools to improve design workflows.
• Skilled in Sketch and has familiarity with UI/UX principles
• Basic understanding of front-end development or coding concepts relevant to digital design.
• Ability to prototype visual design work in context and present solutions effectively to creative and management teams.
