This is an exciting new role for a Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Commercial.
The role holder will be the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), focusing on core gas and electricity products in SME and Major Business (import and export). This includes complex flexible offerings and support for ancillary products such as energy efficiency, solar, and EV.
Become the expert on our product range and delivery methods within TotalEnergies Gas & Power. Responsible for a coherent product roadmap, stakeholder buy-in, and identifying new products or improvements to enhance commercial value and customer experience. Play a key role in delivering product changes and launching/relaunching products into the market.
The role holder will own the product roadmap, identify necessary changes, produce business cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement product updates. They will oversee planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring engaging and fit-for-purpose collateral and training materials.
Build and maintain valued relationships across the business, including the Commercial department, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Change teams, to gather feedback and support new product launches and updates.
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
Bonus: Up to 20%
Contract: 18 Months
Working Pattern: (KT20 6RP) 3 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own, maintain, and develop the product roadmap, collaborating with Pricing, Sales, and Servicing teams.
2. Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and gaps, focusing on SME and Major Business gas & electricity products and ancillary offerings.
3. Understand competitor products and identify gaps and strengths relative to TGP offerings.
4. Identify necessary or desirable changes to existing products and develop new variants to meet customer needs and improve commercial performance, including managing contractual paperwork.
5. Develop business cases and work with Business Improvement, Pricing, and IT to implement changes.
6. Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with Sales, Commercial, Business Improvement, and Marketing to ensure successful roll-out and define success metrics.
7. Review current product literature, identify gaps, and collaborate with marketing to improve materials.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert on product contracting processes and general conditions, informing modifications.
9. Support sales by identifying suitable products and assessing bespoke changes for specific opportunities, managing related documentation.

Office Environment:
Located at Kingswood Field, KT20 6RP (Tadworth), a 28-acre campus with trail walks, modern facilities, onsite restaurant, café, coffee shop, gym, staff parking with electric charging points, secure bike racks, and a private shuttle service for public transport users.
