About the Job
Introduction: Volkswagen Evesham is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Executive to sell new and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service throughout the purchase process.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week.
Benefits: Company car and an OTE of £55,000.
Responsibilities
* Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer policies.
* Create quotations, complete finance proposals, and assist customers with finance documents.
* Support daily sales department operations during holidays and sickness.
* Maintain a customer-friendly environment and handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and email.
* Achieve sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and financial services.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
* Follow company processes to enhance customer retention and proactively promote service plans.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to manage deals independently are essential.
