Job Description Accounts Assistant | Hereford | Permanent | up to £27,000 Job Summary We are looking for an accounts assistant to join our established team Main Responsibilities Sales invoices on a monthly basis Pay cheques into bank accounts Reconcile bank accounts Monitor income and produce aged debtor reports Bookkeeping for clients Process approved supplier invoices onto accounting systems Raise cheques and preparing dual control BACS payments to suppliers Payroll for employees Prepare VAT returns (including Partial Exemption) Prepare cash flow forecasts and reporting cash flow v actual Prepare financial reports for clients Prepare annual accounts information for accountants.
