A leading London Market insurance business is seeking a ComplianceAnalystto join its well established Compliance function.
This role offers a key opportunity to take ownership of customer outcomes, while supporting broader compliance activities within a highly regulated Lloyds environment.
Duties
Complaints & Customer Outcomes
* Lead the investigation and resolution of complaints in line with FCA and Lloyds requirements.
* Liaise with underwriting, claims and distribution teams to gather information and progress cases.
* Draft clear, accurate and customer-focused complaint responses.
* Conduct root cause analysis and produce complaints MI to identify trends and improve outcomes.
* Support continuous improvement of complaints processes and frameworks.
Compliance Advisory & Support
* Provide support on regulatory queries and compliance advice across the business.
* Assist with horizon scanning and regulatory change updates.
* Contribute to compliance input on business projects where required.
