Multi-Site Registered Manager covering locations across Kidderminster, Dudley and Worcester.DY10,B64,WR1 This newly established supported accommodation service seeks to use the active support approach to assist young adults in gaining the skills of independence with guidance and support from staff who will enable individual growth and personal development. All individuals supported will have a named key support worker. Each service is provided for up to 4 people age 16, but predominantly 16–17-year care leavers. The services are designed to be an independence assistance programme to assist individuals who are leaving care to develop the skills to achieve independence from school to work or study and stable long-term accommodation. About the Role of Multi-Site Registered Manager As a Multi-Site Registered Manager ,you will lead multiple supported living services, manage short-term assignments, and handle crisis management. This high-profile role involves national travel, overnight stays, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities of Multi-Site Registered Manager * Lead short-term projects including service improvement, new service commissioning, and interim home management. * Ensure projects are managed within budget or have approval for any deviations. * Serve as the Registered Person for locations as needed to prevent regulatory action. * Maintain person-centred documentation and provide mentoring support. * Develop and execute robust support plans for managed services. * Conduct service quality visits and ensure robust action plans are in place. * Manage stakeholder and family relationships effectively. * Investigate complaints and manage conduct issues in partnership with HR. * Ensure medication is managed in line with guidelines. Finance and Business Development of Multi-Site Registered Manager * Lead referral activities and robust assessments. * Support and enable the team to meet budget expectations through cost management. * Identify and pursue business development opportunities. People Management of Multi-Site Registered Manager * Support, recruit, and manage staff according to the company's Policy. * Ensure sufficient staffing and advance rota planning. * Manage staff performance and ensure necessary training and skills development. Qualifications required for Multi-Site Registered Manager * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Management) * Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People * Must be able to evidence reg 44 and Ofsted inspections * Be familiar with Ofsted regulated supported living services Registered Manager Professional Qualifications & requirements: * You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma * You will have managed and supervised for minimum 2 years in a similar setting. * Knowledgeable of CQC rules regulations and standards * Can evidence previous inspections Registered Manager Employee benefits: * Competitive rates of pay up to £44k-£50 plus bonuses.
