Our name says is all. We’ve been putting our Faith in Nature since 1974, both in the natural products we create and, more recently, as an active stakeholder within the company. In 2022, we became the first company in the world to make Nature a director, incorporating the Rights of Nature into our reason for being.
Now in our 51st year, we have plenty of stories to tell — as we continue to change the narrative, champion the natural world and double down on our founding principles: to make natural products accessible to all.
We have a well established outlook on life, a rich visual world and believe that ideas can make the world better. Our small in house studio values both creativity and sustainability and, now, we’re looking for a Content Creator to help make these ideas better, and spread them to new and growing audiences.

By nature, you’ll be…
— Passionate about what we stand for, an advocate for the natural world, and enthusiastic to find new, creative ways of reaching new audiences
— ‘Front of house’, able to represent our brand within our brand and tone of voice guidelines.
— A hands-on doer, able to film, edit and use whatever tools needed to create compelling, doom-scroll-stopping content. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and confident in photography and short-form video creation.
— A mindful marketer, balancing what’s hot right now with what’s right for our brand. You’ll know what makes a Faith In Nature post, and could only be a Faith In Nature post.
— Comfortable in a creative system, working alongside other creatives and into creative directors, but also comfortable working with our Social & community Lead and Social media exec in working towards the growth strategy and meeting deadlines for the content plan.
— Efficient with your time and workflow – able to produce a high volume of content without compromising quality
The nature of the job (responsibilities)…
— To create compelling content — not just for content’s sake — but because Faith In Nature is a brand with something to say.
— To bring energy, creativity and new ideas to the studio and, more broadly, to the brand. We’re not just looking for a Faith In Nature version of what’s already successful in social channels, but new initiatives and ideas of our own.
— To live and breathe content creation — with a strong creative instinct and a passion for what performs well across social
— To collaborate with our existing social team to support our channel growth goals through engaging and on-brand content
— To bring a growth mindset to creating engaging content for the brand: for people within our target audience who share our values
— Balancing product based content with editorial style content. You’ll have a feel for what’s funny, what’s right, what’s on-trend, and how to make this uniquely Faith In Nature.
— Spot and adapt social trends in a way that is relevant to our brand and purpose.
— Identify how we can creatively approach any new and interesting ways to operate on social
— Assist when required with new product shoots, including writing creative briefs and contributing to storyboards and mood boards and any other logistical requirements.
