Year 5 Teacher & Middle Leader (Permanent, Full-Time) - January Start

The Role: As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite curiosity and a love for learning.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and deliver a dynamic curriculum in line with school goals and national standards.
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
As a Middle Leader, you will:
* Lead and inspire a key area of school improvement, contributing to the school's strategic vision.
* Work closely with the leadership team to support staff development and curriculum enhancement.
* Play an active role in shaping whole-school initiatives that drive academic excellence and personal growth for students.
* Model outstanding practice, leading by example and supporting colleagues in achieving their best.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified and experienced primary school teacher with a track record of delivering excellent teaching and learning.
* Proven leadership skills or the desire to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportive environment.
* A passion for helping students achieve their full potential, with strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
* The ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
