The Placement and Commissioning Team is responsible for finding placements for all children ages 0-18 who need care in foster families, residential homes and supported accommodation. As a Senior Social Worker, you will also be responsible for helping the growth of this service. We are looking for candidates who: Enjoy working with crisis, at pace and are able to risk assess and make decisions while under pressure Can find needs led, quality and cost-effective placements for children and young people needing care. Can lead on matching complex children, package sourcing and reviews.
