Business/Configuration Analyst to improve how certain systems run by fine-tuning processes and configuring systems to work more efficiently. This role blends process improvement with light system setup, helping the business operate smoothly and meet its goals.
Must have insurance or annuity experience
What You’ll Do:
* Review how work gets done across annuity operations and suggest ways to make things faster or easier.
* Set up and adjust business systems to support process improvements and reduce friction in daily work.
* Make sure system settings align with how annuity products are supposed to function.
* Look at the data to spot problems or inconsistencies and test changes to make sure everything works as expected.
* Work with teams across product, compliance, and operations to understand what needs to change and how to change it.
* Document what’s being done and create training materials so teams can stay aligned.
What You’ll Need:
* 4–6 years of experience working on business processes and system improvements.
* MUST have experience with insurance and/or annuities.
* Comfortable working with operational systems, doing light system configuration, and improving workflows.
* Strong skills in analyzing data, solving problems, and working with cross-functional teams.
* Familiar with tools like SQL, Excel, and process mapping software.
