* The ability to challenge, think innovatively and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible.
* Strong understanding and experience in delivering consistently high-quality service management to Corporate and Government customers.
* Detailed understanding of service management methodologies, processes and industry standards including the ITIL framework.
* Proven, exceptional commercial acumen, relationship and stakeholder management skills.
