Responsibilities of the Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to nursery-aged children.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Support students with differentiated learning needs.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
* Assist with general classroom duties, including preparing learning materials.
Requirements of the Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar role (preferred).
* A proactive and patient approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for education and child development.
* Ability to adapt and work flexibly across different age groups.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
