Candidate Profile
We seek an experienced Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready to progress, passionate about producing high-quality fresh food, and creating a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food.
* Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional dishes.
* Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
* Show a willingness to learn, be a team player, and communicate effectively.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and introduce new menu dishes and specials.
* Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills to manage costs and staffing efficiently.
* Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with the kitchen and front of house teams.
Skills Required
* Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
* Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
* Proficiency in food preparation.
